One day I hope I can be better at influencing people. I want to see the change in their eyes. I look forward to that. As much as I like my job, I don't feel like I'm making a difference at times. I think sometimes I have disbelief about my own abilities as a teacher and a man and that shows through to people. Especially women, you certainly are an intuitive bunch.
