Whenever I’m going through a rough time I can call on so many of my sg friends, no matter how spread out we are, we make it a point to be there for one another. Maintaining adult friendships can be tricky - everyone is busy, and we have a pandemic throwing curve balls at us every other week - so needless to say we’ve all had to figure out new ways to navigate life / friendship/ working/ even how we approach social media! I know my social battery runs out way quicker than it used to, and I’m sure plenty of you can say the same;
so I just want to thank my friends for always being there, for continuing to find ways to celebrate each other in such a weird time, and for continuing to carry the true spirit of what this community is all about! I’ve been on the site since 2013, and so have a lot of you members! It’s been so fun to grow actual friendships with some of you, especially those that come out to support the tour or bar sin! I just felt compelled to drop in and spread some love! One of my favorite parts of SG is the feeling I get when I’m working an event, or soaking in the hq hot tub,or visiting w a friend I met modeling -it’s hard to describe but it’s like two parts nostalgia and two parts wow all of this is real lolll and I feel like that 22 year old again who just got recruited, and I’m instantly grateful something like this brought us all together 💕
