Like many others have said, china have gone to great lengths to ensure they are top of the medals table and have entered people in nearly every event, it doesnt surprise me they had to bend the rules to do so.
I feel sorry for that Chinese hurdler, who was a genuine medal contender but was injured. But to save face the chinese team made him limp out there, 'warm up' and then pull out.
The guy looked geniunely distraught when he walked to the back.
Carrying the disappointment of all those fans on his back just because the Chinese didnt want to seem weak.

So, real life has begun. Im working 9-5, then a bar job in the evenings. He's working chef-hours, mostly evenings. Until he gets paid next month we dont have enough money to go out. Days consist of wake up, work, eat, work 2nd job, come back, sleep.

although to be fair to our fair olympians have had their share of rain.
