Day #15 and doing great!! 178 lbs. (weighing myself every other day). back to 3 x 30 min on treadmill with 20 push ups after each walk (also added 10 crunches and still doing curls 50-40-30-20-10 alternating arms, but bumped the weight to 10 lbs. Also starting to eat dinner for breakfast and cereal at night. So I can burn the bigger meal all day and end with milky meal that's lighter!

Wow... keep it up. I wish I could figure out a routine and stick to it. oh well... maybe after the holidays
