yeah, but the real fun comes when you start adjusting the tension on the treadmill. Good luck with the unwanted weight!

if it isn't one that you plug in there are usually ways to adjust the rollers to give it a little more tension. but that wouldn't come until later. 20min is usually what my friend does on her eliptical machine. sounds about right. I can't do any running more than a couple sprints, or running after a 2yr old. My knees aren't that good anymore. I have to get them looked at.

I completely forgot about holiday schedules and stuff. This is a good thing though because the past couple of shows have been total bullshit so I'm trying to break the cycle of watching that show anymore. -I should be here until Tuesday, after that my name will go grey. Oh no, lol.

Sheridan and Luis are gonna be together with the baby but Antonio's supposed to vow to kill Luis or something. And get this, Alister's gonna join Beth and Antonio in breaking up Sheridan and Luis.

I think Grace is gonna have a revelation or something stupid like that then say she wants to be with Sam. You're so right, nothing's gonna change with that show. We should vow to never watch it again...nevermind I can't, lol.

I saw it. Haha another stupid episode and I'm still addicted to that show. I mean, come on how can they stand to take us viewers through such uneventful bullshit, gawd! You notice how they get carry-on with the meaningless skits and crap but the storylines remain the same FOREVER.
