yeah, here in oregon, alimony does not exist. it's not a given. there is spousal support, and that amount depends on a lot of factors.

i think you are right. i am going to see an attorney next week - i don't want to bring all my drama to my own attorney, although i might since she seems to like me alot.

i am very hesitant to start the big D myself. i am very stubborn, and have sometimes felt that he is wussing out and wanting me to make the first move with that so he doesn't have to - in the past, when i have told him that i was going to (and i meant it at the time), he would say things like "if that's what you need and want", or "i hope you are fine with calling it over for good" or something like that. but i would totally be willing to do the legal sep. although, the idea of shocking the shit out of him by slapping him with a big thick envelope of divorce papers sounds really good too. then of course there is the money issue......legal sep is MUCH cheaper.

the job is going really well, thanks for asking! they keep giving me more responsibilities, so it's getting more interesting...and more hectic.

I left for a few months, then I started missing some people and came back....it's hard to leave for good when you've been around for awhile.

And by the way, I hate you....I was thinking last night, "Hmmm, maybe I should dump one of my unnecessary players and pick up Maurice Clarett just in case the Denver system ends up working as well for him as it could...." But who should have him, but you! Did you draft him or pick him up after?

I ended up with Hasslebeck and Brooks....combine that with the shoulder troubles Chad's been having and I think I'm good. I was really just going to pick up Clarett just in case he was good, I'm not very sold on him being good so I wouldn't give up very much to get him unless he shows some things in the preseason.
