Tonight I found my tapes of Jekyll & Hyde.

In honor of that occasion, I am preparing a pork loin for dinner. Pork loin garnished with garlic, rosemary, basil, and oregano. Of course, what meat dish would be complete without a vegetable? One must have a vegetable (if not two) with one's complete protein.

That said, I'm having TWO: potatoes & onions. It's a given said vegetables are also garnished with the aforementioned spices. It's my normal routine with those two vegetables. Tonight, however, I added a bit more flavor with a handful of grated romano, REAL provolone (none of that fake domestic rubbery crap), and parmesan cheeses. Mmm...romano...

It should be ready by eight-fifteen. I'm kinda curious how the cheeses will affect both the pork & the potatoes. Hell, I'm kinda curious how those cheeses fared in the oven.

Ooo...I can smell garlic...
