I have a nice shiny block now. biggrin Unlike two weeks ago, it didn't fall out of the Blazer while in-transit to my humble hovel. Go me!

Next task? Polish & balance the crank. Soon the joy of assembly can begin. *steeples fingers* Excellent.

Estimated cost upon completion--$3000.
Purchase price of vehicle (in 1999) for which engine is being built--$2400.

Awsome, My fellow motor-head. We ended up rebuilding the boat motor. Hopfully getting it started this weekend.
