There has got to be a better way to get a coil-sprung Dana 60 rear end w/3.54 gears and trailing arms from Atlanta to me than truck freight. Has to be.
Simple math time!
1500 mile round-trip = 150 gallons of gas (erring on the side of leadfoot here)
150 gal @ $3.50 = $525
LTL freight (one-time shipment, assuming business pickup w/dock & forklift on both ends) = $200-250
Rear end & trailing arms = $175
Oy...
