Tomorrow I head to NY for the annual SYH & Gramma Thanksgiving Extravaganza. Wednesday through Monday. Saved myself $70 on airfare that way. That's like two-and-a-half days' mortgage!

I love what you did with the backyard lawn. The brown walls are icky. Glad you're keeping the bathroom tile because it looks decent and why put money into that when you could put it into something else? Also, It's SO good that you're getting rid of the yellow with that deep purple. Yech. 
Oh, and wood floors are kuhl. LOL Cool beans on the whole project. Now I'm totally siked because I can take a place that sucks and turn it into something good. (You know, when I've got a high paying job ). Keep the transformation pictures coming. This is like the most exciting thing I've seen since my few moments with HGTV! And I LOVED HGTV.
