My flight leaves at 9:36AM. 15 minutes to get money from the bank, 30 minutes travel to the airport, 30 minutes to go from my truck to the terminal (since I always have to wait for the next shuttle), 15 minutes to check-in, 15 minutes to clear security, 15 minutes to get to the gate.

That's two hours, so I have to leave my abode by 7:36AM. But wait! Rush hour traffic adds another 15 minutes. 7:21AM. And it's snowing right now. Assuming it keeps up, that's another 15 minutes. 7:06AM.
