I swear by all that is holy & designed by Alex Tremulis, I am going to eviscerate the hipster who lives in the apartment below me. Once disemboweled, I am going to hang him by the neck with his own steaming intestines until he is dead.

There is no need to burn ground beef at 12:30AM. None. Us first-shift working stiffs do not appreciate waking...

Naw... I'd say " What an arrogant bastard... as was Bill Mitchell." tongue At least they had vision and perseverence to get things done.

The next guy was Irv Rybiki. What a worthless POS designer he was. One of the older designers would laugh at one of his quotes: "Frankly gentleman, newness cares me." WTF!!!

Chuck Jordan was OK in my book... They called him the Silver Eagle..... but he was a pussycat.. wink

Then there was Wayne Cherry... Another bureaucrat... puke

The current guy, Ed Welburn , I like. Quiet, but no nonsense. Good designer.

More then you wanted to know right?? LOL!!! tongue

Mostly first hand accounts, no less. biggrin

Ahh, I can finally clearly see again. Bless you eyesight. biggrin

No, I did not go blind again. However, I did manage to get a metal shaving in my right eye. How you ask? I was stupid, that's how.

Today I machined a few flanges on the lathe. No big deal, done it a thousand times. As per usual, there were metal shavings flying every which...

Thanks sweetie. Yeah I never waste any time. I like to do one thing almost right after another. Got married, got a great job and got knocked up, but I'm really happy. smile

I'm glad you can clearly see again cause that would be bad if you couldnt. Did you take any picture with you wearing your cool eye patch?

Ah, Monday. surreal

Rather than bore the uncaring masses with inane details about my tedious day, instead I will tell you what tonight's festive feast is:

--one (1) Swanson chicken pot pie (it was on sale! 40!)
--one (1) carrot
--one (1) stalk of celery
--what's left of a bag of chili cheese Fritos
--12 oz. of Vitamin R. Maybe 24 oz. of Vitamin R. After...

So I almost went out to Wixom for a Gamestop company picnik. Thank god I had to work and make $30 bucks instead.

True, the computer never lies. Unfortunatley, if the ones who programmed it did, then it just passes on the false info... wink.

Things I have accomplished this weekend:

Yep, it's been a whirlwind of activity here in Wixom. biggrin

I suppose I ought to put some pants on eventually. Hell, I probably ought to get out of my slumming clothes & trek to MrNiceGuy's Grand Opening too, but I'm a lazy bastard right now.

Besides, I'm enjoying Rush's Chronicles. One cannot leave the apartment when...

It's nine o'clock & I'm listening to Percy Faith. Time for the Weekend Update.

Saturday--Got up at an obscenely early hour because that bastard ball of burning hydrogen was STABBING ME IN THE EYE. To make the best of it, I had breakfast & worked on getting ready for the MSU vs. UofM game party a half-mile down Pontiac Trail.

A few hours later,...

Things I have learned this week:

Rosemary: Excellent herb when used in moderation. Too much = horrible gas. I mean even I had to leave the room when I let loose.

DDB: "Backflow" was a complete & utter fabrication, yet was eerily cured IRL by my prescribed method.

Even Cowgirls Get the Blues: So true, so true.

I'm sure there will be others. Stay tuned.

Yep, today was an excellent day for cruising for the hell of it, which I did.

In other news, I am recruiting people who are sick of that Potter fellow. You know, that little bastard...

Here's a poem for the unwashed masses. Make sure you read it aloud. Oh, a word of warning: this poem contains British spelling, so be wary of the extraneous "u".
