Chaos is not really action, it's very slow paced and doesn't tell the story in a linear timeline. I love the soundtrack from Kenji Kawai, it adds a lot to the atmosphere. You should check it out as soon as possible!
Haven't seen Jose yet, that's the one with the girl in a wheelchair or something isn't it?
I didn't like Laundry at all, but maybe I just wasn't in the right mood. Train Man sounds familiar, but I haven't seen it, what is it about?
If you want something to make you cry, you should watch Crying Love at the Center of the World. It's one of the most depressing films I have.
