STRESSED TO THE MAX!!!
I have to clean today which I always try to put off and it makes it worse. Getting the toybox today and have to put it together and then I have to baby proof because Carmen just started pulling herself up on the furniture.
It seems like carmen is trying to do everything at once now. She just started crawling backwards, trying to stand and now shes pulling up on furniture.
I have court tomorrow, pray for my sanity please, because Im going to lose it. I know im getting full custody of Carmen but its visitation and child support that is the issue. The sperm donor wants unsupervised visitation with a 8 month old girl that doesnt even know him and he has no way of taking care of her at all. He wont pay child support because he wont get a job. Hes 21 hopefully the judge looks at him tomorrow and tells him to get off his lazy ass and get several jobs if thats what it takes. Basically now it comes down to this. If I dont get the outcome im looking for Ive signing over custody to my parents and they will hire a cutthroat lawyer that will expose the sperm donor as the piece of shit that he is.
I had a reassessment with legal aid, the people that were paying for my lawyer, and since I have $100 disposable income (adccording to their budget sheet, which is way off all the time) that I have to pay them $2500 -5500 OR MORE. Thanks legal aid for adding another bill onto my growing stack, ASSHOLES, next month im going to wipe my ass with the check.
On a lighter note, i applied for college yesterday for police foundation, I receive my info pack next week. So sweet Im finally going to college to get a career rather than working for stupid Apple iTunes. (and no i will not help fix your itunes or your ipod, not unless you pay me). I cant wait to go back to work in April to actually have some money. I need to buy another computer for school and an external HD for my pictures, all the crap on my Mac is sucking up its life, so Im worried I wont get as long out of my macbook as i could. Then I would need another $2500 because next mac im getting is going to be a pimp one haha.
I went shopping on the weekend for new shirts hahaha Im a tshirt junkie. i got sesame street, pikachu, mario, and hello kitty.
Hmmm nothing really to write about. Im sure ill have a HUGE rant tomorrow night. But if you guys dont eat goldfish crackers.... your insane go buy some they rock.
