So yep. It's official. I lost 8 lbs. I am aiming at losing another 15-20. Sweet sauce. Should be a piece of cake.
So some of you have asked me how I lost it, and I've lost it by eating. Low fat. Low sugar. I eat fruits and veggies and complex carbs, and tasty protein. That's it.
For breakfast I eat 4 servings of carbs and 3 servings of lean protein.
Lunch and dinner: 3 servings of carbs and 4 protein
all the veggies I want. 3 servings of fruit a day. Plenty of water.
I'm consuming about 1950 calories. My servings were determined by my muscle mass. It was calculated using an ultrasound device used by my nutritionist.
Juice is a no-no. It's basically a way of mainlining fat into your body. Alcohol is totes fattening too, but I just drink the occasional glass of wine. Sometimes 2.

Work is killing me lately. It's been so slow, and I'm broke and going crazy. Pray for it to pick up for me today.

You know, I need to lose 23-28 pounds also. One of these mornings, I'm gonna rise up singing. . . oh wait, that's "Summertime". One of these mornings, I'm going to get my lazy ass in the gym and start counting calories again. I'm like you, I have a decent number to start with (~2100-2200) so all I have to do is count and not eat crap and the rest works itself out. But I'm busy, and lazy. We shall see.
