Guys i wanna get a little serious.
Anxiety, depression, and suicide. It is such a real issue that is not talked about and seems to still be taboo. I just want there to be a safe space for those to be themselves and hopefully get the help they need whether it be through therapy or just by simply writing blogs to strangers online to release thoughts and feels.
My little brother Cameron has taken his life a year ago in April and Ever since my brothers passing, I have experienced panic attacks beyond belief, questioned my own life, and am trying to move forward in this thing we call life by experiencing as many joyful things possible.
I hope I am not alone in these feelings and sometimes what someone appears to be on the outside is totally different than what’s going on in their minds and hearts. If anyone has lost a sibling or loved one or even a best friend that was like family, I am with you and you are not alone. 💕
