I was able to salvage a few things from the fire. I have some clothes, my guitars, some CDs, books, movies. That's about it. I have some soggy financial records and things of that nature that I have to go through. The new apt. is ready, but I'm not gonna stay there for too long. I need a change of scenery, and that's hard to do in a place that looks like what I just had.
I restored my Les Paul last night. Took off all the hardware and cleaned everything, inside and out. I love this thing.
I know it's an inanimate object, but I've put so much of my soul through it. I'd be devastated if I lost it.
Hope everyone is doing well. When I get my life back in order, I'll get another computer. Then I'll be around more.
