Well, it's been six months since I got let my subscription expire. I'd peek at the site from time to time to see what I might have been missing. All in all, I missed most everything about the site. Plus, having the discounted membership helped lure me back.

Hell yeah!! That's what I'm talking about. We just moved in here about a week ago, and it's still not put together. Once I get past that, it's gonna be great.

I bought appliances. That was the coolest thing ever. I have a fridge with one of those water/ice thingies on the front. AND my own washer and dryer, which are both large enough to clean my queen sized comforter.

I can't explain how happy that made me. I'm such a dork

We're getting closer and closer to finishing the demo. We went crazy with the guitars for a tune called "Threw It Away". Different pedals, different amps, different rooms. Shit sounds good though. The vocals will be finished this weekend and then we'll play around with things a bit. Mellotron will work it's way into the equation somehow.

I broke the levee last night. A lot of lyrical ideas came to me on my ride home from my night out. I immediately came up with four different pieces. Feels good to beat the writers block.

Tonight, I'm gonna clean, cook, drink, and chill. No work tomorrow. Beautiful.

I never had much trouble with the writers block, so much as the recorders block. Just can't decide if I really care whether anyone hears the stuff.
