Last weekend was a mess. An absolute mess. Saturday morning I'm supposed to do a shoot for this local painter who needs reference photos...a paid job... My hungover boyfriend/chaperon will not wake up...finally, leaving way too late as it is...in way too much of a hurry...I accidentally backed my car into the outward gate of a moving truck. I will swear though, as Dog as my witness, there was NO way for me to back out of where I was without ramming into the thing. So I canceled, and cried for awhile over a big nasty gash right above my taillight. Then Frogstar bought US a PS2, with the deal I would pay for the rest of the rent we needed to get together before the 1st. Now he's calling it his. I am not pleased by this.
Sunday I quit my job. I didn't necessarily mean to..but all in all it was such a bad deal. I ended up driving around in the pouring rain all night (I couldn't see hardly a foot in front of me) and ended up loosing some check or something in the middle of all of it...either that or it was calculated wrong...didn't make a dime that night, either way, and I used up all my fucking money putting gas into my car, TWICE for that night. My pay for that night will not fully cover it. Delivery would be just fine if maybe somebody else was working on my car...or putting gas in it...but that measly pay didn't cover the driving expenses at all. I can get a job as a waitress and actually make DECENT tips, without driving around all over the place. Luckily my mom is so thrilled to have me not driving any longer she's offered to help me out...as long as I keep up in my schoolwork. So I've been looking...wish me luck. I hope to find one by the end of the week.
