I'm dragging my feet. Having plans, predictions of what is in store for me has always kept me safe. Now I've jumped into a pool I have no idea how deep it is. I'm at a high right now but, my depression, always finds a way to bring me to a crippling halt. How do I prepare for it? How do I keep from crashing and creating a shit storm of sadness? Something will happen to trigger this.
