Missed hanging out with ya'll friday night....I was super tired, plus I had inhaled paint fumes ALL day at work--not good! Hope ya had FUN.

Secondly, was there a full moon or something last night? I took the Fred-ster out for a walk around 10:30 pm, and saw this car approach a stop sign very slowly, as if she was assessing where I was walking. She started to turn left, so naturally I went on my merry way, on the other side. All of a sudden she revs up the gas and swings right, very fast. Came VERY close to hitting me and Fred! Wow! I'm awake now. Nothing like the adrenaline you get from something like that. She was super-sweet, and turns out, she hadn't seen me at all.....she was lost and trying to navigate her way. I almost felt worse for her than me, she was so apologetic and freaked out now. I know this sounds weird, but I'm almost glad it happened...sort of woke me out of a daze!
Ok....Sooo now, I'm moseying back home, heart still pounding. Now back in the condo area which I live, I wait for Fred while he does his bizness. I can feel someone looking at me and slowly realize that the nice 50-ish lady living on the 2nd floor is sitting on her porch buck naked, just hanging out. She decides this is a good time to get up, and I catch a nice slice of moon as she walks into her very well-lit door. Just another night in the condo hood, yeah.

I think it's great you have found someone like Jake......to be able to truly be yourself and not be judged for it is a beauteous thing indeed. I think it takes most people a loooong time to really find people they truly click with. the good news is that the previous ones teach you what you DON'T WANT, which is just as important to learn as what you DO want. I don't even know you that well, M, but from your writing, and the brief times I've met you, I can tell you are a person who experiences and feels things deeply, and I am glad you are with someone you appreciates you!
