Today was actually a pretty pleasant day... nice weather... not too much stress at work... picked up some new kicks, but something keeps eating at me. I am sitting at my computer updating part of my website while the Tv in the other room has MSNBC on ... don't ask couldn't tel you how it got to that spot on the dial... anyway for a while it's pretty easy to just tune out, but then it catches my ear... I don't know who it was but one of the talking heads starts violently condemning the actions of peace protestors. Not just the run of the mill, "these people are fighting for you freedom bs either". You see I expect this,"If you don't like it get out attitude," from the occasional person "on the street" but to stoop to this level on a nationally publicized newscast is just inexcuseable.
Seems to me to be just another example of the biased media. If you can't even create the illusion of an even handed broadcast anymore then I can't wait for the public stonings of those who choose to stand on the other side of an issue.
Oh well, just venting, and since this is the first entry I might as well get the precedent for this sort of thing out of the way now.
