Okay,

So life's been kind of crazy lately. Dad's getting weaker. When I kissed him goodbye last Monday I knew that it would be the last time I'd ever see him. Shit, did that make me blubber. I was so angry that I couldn't be with him, but it turns out to be kind of a blessing, because apparently Dad has left the building. He suffers from sensory hallucinations and doesn't recognize my mother or sister who are caring for him. We've reached the point where all we can do is wait for him to pass on. Suckage.

Thank you to everyone who gave happy comments on my PSW set. I'm in the middle of sending out thank yous, but it's been really hard to work up the motivation to do much more than sit in front of the TV, or read, or send out resumes. Okay, that last one is a good thing, lol. But if your job sucked as much as mine sucks, you too would find the strength to send out resumes regardless of the current situation.
