Well this is my first entry. I do not normally keep a journal but I am making this exception now.
I am about done with culinary school and my nerves are getting frayed. I am nervous about the job after I get out. Do I really want to move back east or stay in Cal? That is the main choice. I know I have some good connections here for a good job but damn this place cost soooo much to live in.
On an up note. I am excited about finishing school. Other than the job thing the rest is great. I will finish pretty high up in my class. I get to start a new career! Taking steps toward a less stressful future.
