You know, considering Queen st. is supposed to be "downtown" and all, those streetcars are so infrequent and have such a shitty schedule that it leaves me feeling like I'm better off walking to the subway. OK, the alien thing is starting to freak me out.
After watching The Signs (I was neither high nor drunk as you would probably enquire at some point) I had a really whacked out dream. It of course, combined several films.
1. V
2. Starship Troopers (!!!!)
3. Signs (well, just the whole watching it on CNN thing)
4. Bladerunner
Now the whole V thing was the fact that they were coming to cart us away and eat us as food. And they were everywhere.
The ST thing is that they were insect like and buzz about like big, big, wasps. Armoured of course.
The Signs thing, well it was all about the inevitability of just having this happen. Like...can this be for real?
The Bladerunner thing was that I cars were flying (and being shot down) through the streets of normal neighbourhoods. Of course, I lived about 5 stories up in a neighbourhood with old, old houses... think High Park area of Toronto, but push it up a few stories with lost of greenery and big, big trees.
So anyway, this is all buzzing outside the window. Went to get away (yes, you got it... an old, red GMC pickup truck, all rusted through) and was flying through the air when..... one of these fuckers (the aliens) latch on to the left back side. I of course turn around and go to bash it...
I literally sent my right fist swinging over my left shoulder. Luckily, Jen was asleep on my chest or should would have been hurt.
I'm not a violent person. This is really not my thing. Does however, make you wonder about the caveman within.
Movie and drinks would be tres cool. Hit my journal or contact me via the contact tab.
As for the married women thing, well ... of those 5, 2.5 will be divorced within 3-5 years of marriage.
As for the white hair, if it is still stuck to your head, don't complain.
