soooooo another great weekend with my girlfriend... 
We're playing house, and it feels perfect. She's not moving in yet, but she stays over a lot, and I've told her that she can consider it her place as well; her "home away from home." She's been amazing to have around. She does more housework than she should and I've started getting on her about that. But she doesn't stop. haha.. I'm definitely not the guy who expects that or even wants it, especially if its my messes she's cleaning up.
I know it feels more like home to me when she is there. I've even developed a habit of sleeping on the couch for some reason when she's not there. Its not intentional, but it keeps happening.
Honestly every step we've taken has been timed just right. We've talked about, ahem, "jewelry," and that hasn't phased either of us. Its great!
Its pretty fucking cool to have such a great time, on such a regular basis. I know it won't always be all good, all the time, but this is classic! Life is fucking great!

note to self: I just had a realization that perhaps the girlfriend cleaning up is her way of nicely telling me "clean your own messes up, ya jackass!" without being a nag about it. Sometimes, despite my best efforts, I can be such a typical man. Luckily, self awareness is also one of my good traits.
