YAY!!! my teacher had jury duty today so we got to relax today. I made a really yummie cream of garlic soup and pozole that sold out in less than an hour. The dean of the culinary department was gone today and my chef was out for jury duty and it was so obvious all over the kitchen that everyone wasnt going by the rules. Nobody was wearing their chef hats, everybody kept drinking and eating in the kitchen....It was fucking great. and the best part is i didnt have to hear any yelling from that psycho chef of mine (who I absolutely love despite her psychosis)
