I was suppose to meet BED NY s ambassador today but I squirmed out of my meeting with her via email ... I don't feel like trekking my ass all the way over to the city in this ca ca do dee weather.
This place requires nice duds and a crunchy wad of benjamin's - 2 things I am currently lacking.
So this weekend ( provided this ugly weather clears up)
I think I am gonna pay a visit to the Brooklyn Botanical Garden. Some kind of special event thingie going on there on Sunday.
gonna go steal some leaves, swipe another Poppy Pod from the special climate controlled plant area, and cop a squat underneath my favorite willow tree.

You have got me thinking about the Bontanical Gardens in my hometown. My grandparents would take me there as a small child. My grandfather seemed to know everything there was to know about plants. He was larger than life to me.
