OK new journal update
Today is a day off for me...
First in a month, since taking over my new gig I have not taken a full day off, I am taking tomarrow off as well, except for a brief meeting. Nice to have finally gotten good staff. I have a new Sous Chef so the streess is less finally. I think I may go down to the city or just get out of here some way tomarrow. Might just get in my car and drive, see where I end up. Big things comin my way, I can feel it, just hope they don't broadside me!
