I just got home from school. I hate being stuck in an elevator with strangers. I hate the awkward silence. Today I was in one with just one other guy. So, to break the uneasy silence I said something stupid relating to the traffic or whatever. He completely turned the conversation around. He starts looking me up and down, biting his bottom lip. He was asking me was it my first term at UAB and if I stayed in the area. His entire demeanor was disgusting. Just because I made a lousy attempt at breaking the silence does not equate to an invite into my pants. There is a time and place for that shit. This was not it. Again Robert, this is why I should not carry a gun. I know not all men are this way, some of you are gay and have no interest.

It's interesting I suffer a problem not to desimiliar (or is it disimiliar?) to yours in that if you strike up a conversation with a woman she thinks that you want to bed her. Actually NO! I was simply connecting to another human being, mainly cause its a long journey & I find people interesting, that sort of thing.
I once bought a woman a drink in a night club. She had been waiting ages I got served and I said serve her & I'll pay for it. That was it as far as I was concerned, I wasn't looking to entire her world or anything I just appreciated she was having problems getting served. Well it totally freaked her & she keep asking me why I did it, even after I explained.
In the end I said "Just accept it, its a drink not a proposal of marriage" and walked away. Gee! I was only being nice. Thank you and goodbye would have been perfect for me. It makes you wonder why you bother sometimes lol.... She's probably in therapy because of me now lol
