Went on a job interview Saturday morning. It went great. My best interview by far. She even told me, "Sucks, cause I don't wanna sit through 3 more hours of interviews. Seein' as how I just found the person I wanna hire. You pretty much have the job, Brad. I'll give you a call later on tonight to let you know when you start."
What?? Wait?? I pretty much have the job?? That felt wonderful. Been wanting this kind of job FOREVER!
After the interview I went to look at an apartment...which was sweet. Cheap and everything was included. Took an application home with me and filled it out.
Ummm...Who do I put as my current employer? Well, I filled out as much as I could and waited for "the call".
Got "the call".....fuckin' bitch told me that she'd hired someone else, but that i was a close second....So, I told her, "You told me all that stuff this morning and got my hopes way up. Just to be let down. Do you know how that feels??" She said, "Sorry".
