Thanks, it’s kinda been my thing since my mom allowed me to use the oven for the first time. For some reason a lot of it just comes naturally. A lot of people think baking is very rigid, which it is, but it’s also about feeling and going with your gut. When I lived at home I did most of the cooking for my mom😂
