New Year's was rather anticlimatic this year. Had a couple of friends over and none of us was really into it. I still had my cold. Blah. Hope everyone else had a good one.

This weekend is the trip to Kicking Horse. Should be very fun. I've never been to the resort but apparently it takes ~1 hour to get down a single run. Have heard lots of raves about it. Hoping for good snow, either way it'll be a blast! I'm going to give a couple of lessons which is awesome but always makes me a bit nervous. I guess confidence will come with time, the more I teach the easier it will get.

I won movie passes on the radio the other day, that was exciting *\o/* I played the movie game, they gave me three clues and I had to guess the movie. The clues were: 1. taxi 2. contract killer and 3. hijacking. Too easy. The movie passes are for "Are We There Yet"...ha! I'm really not convinced that it's worth going over there to pick them up

I finally saw Spiderman 2 this past weekend. I loved the first one and everyone told me the sequel was just as good, if not better. I have to disagree. Man was it sappy! Way too much cheesy music and lame speeches for my liking. The rest of the movie was decent but I didn't think the animation was done as well as the original either. Like they were in a hurry and didn't pay attention to the details. But what do I know?
