I went to Sunshine this weekend, both days. I'm ecstatic to report that I am just fine, not only did I ride more or less the same as before my stupid injury this past Remembrance Day, I also went off *the* ramp on which I sustained said injury all day and not a scratch on me. Good as new. Woohoo!! I also got the opportunity to put my CASI training to work, and I'm so proud, one of my students was linking turns by the end of the lesson! Yay!

Saw REM this week. It was actually really great. I haven't been to a concert in far too long. At some point in the last couple of years I've nearly stopped listening to my regular radio station which is how I used to know about any bands coming through Cowtown...anyway, REM was great, I kind of wish they'd played more old stuff but you can't blame them for plugging their new album. All in all, I was pleased.

I saw Supersize Me recently, which I thought was worth mentioning. I literally felt sick after finishing it. I know that was the point, the director's goal, and the viewer gets manuipulated into thinking whatever he wants us to think, but I still think I'll stay away from McD's for a looong time - not a bad thing in the least. They're pure eeeeveeeel if you ask me. Oh well.

Also saw The Incredibles, just last night, and loved it!! Hilarious, if you get a chance, it's worth seeing.
