In relation to my last post:
Never said those were my personal opinions, like i said it before and i'll say it again, i was just talking about the general opinion of the people and those are primarely based on the US foreign policy, i mean the US has been "trying" to play the roll of a World Police since the 1950's and not wery successfuly either. I know that the people are not to blame for the acctions of their government, or are they? That is the basic princip of Democracy isn't it, the people have the highest authority and the elected government answers to the people. Every time i hear Bush talking about "spreading" the democracy to the liberated people of whatever county hes talking about it bring tears to my eyes i think he totaly lost the whole concept of what that should mean.
And as i said in my personal experience that comes mostly from talking to bands (some turists and students) i never got that feeling about americans as beeing arrogant and closedminded quite the oposite.
For that whole sun-circles the eart... I did mistipe the number sorry 'bout that, already corected it. And the info comes from National geographic so i think thats relativly reliable source.
as for Moore, don't like him either or his propaganda the only reason why he's so successful is that he has an easy target to pick on. And i was just trying to stres out a point that a coutry with so many domestic problems (the curent financial crisis that effects the whole world) and that wants to be some kind of a rolemodel for the rest of the world should first take care of its own problems and it's people only than can they start spreading theire wisdom. America has only 200 years of history behind it...
I mean nobody likes when someone thats 10000Km away pisses on your county and tryes to change youre beliefs.
