So, I finally had my knee surgery a week ago.
My 'quick 20 minute with a week of recovery' procedure turned into 'over an hour, incredibly painful, no clue how long the recovery will be, crossing my fingers that they don't find a blood clot or anything else that will put me in the hospital' open knee surgery.

Losing one of my closest friends has really taken a toll on me both emotionally and physically. Last night we celebrated his life the way he'd have wanted... Some super dirty d&b, lots of love, and some awesome people. The loss of one friend has repaired a friendship I'd previously thought was irreparably damaged, along with bringing myself and another of Robby's good friends together.....
