This is my rule of the bloody year, no more mentally bashing myself for spilling something or not having all the answers.
Realistic expectations of myself is rule number 2.
Then number 3 can be beer. Or tea/coffee. Most likely beer (with no spilling) and lots of dancing. Followed by a nice chilled day in a duvet burrito watching films.
