Man, this year has not been my year for my blogging. Normally I am sporadic, but now I am.... never writing!
But now that I am done school and settled into a nursing home job here, not that much exciting stuff happens! The man and I have finally gotten moved up a floor in our building, so we have three bedrooms (main, spare/my art room, and his office) and a balcony - FINALLY we have a BBQ! I am excited to decorate the balcony with flower boxes and such next year! Seemed like it was forever that we were waiting to move!
Tonight we went to a Green Party Dinner and listened to Elizabeth May speak. She is quite the good speaker and the food was delicious!
I was hoping to save up to take a road trip to Michigan in the spring to write the NCLEX and visit my friends at MSU and my friend in NY (on the way)... But tonight I found out my Mom is renting a condo for 3 weeks in Florida!! Let the saving-up begin! Which has become a challenge with the whole having to purchase a new car (my old one just had too much cost to repair with all the rusting)! Maybe I can cash in so airmiles and aeroplan points?!

Also - baby mice!! I found a nest in my Father's cupboard. He would have killed them all, so I took them in and tried to foster them. Unfortunately, none of them survived!
I was very upset, but I read as much info as I could find and did the best I could. They were so adorable!

We didn't have a great summer, maybe 3 or 4 nice days and that was it. Our Autumn so far has been better than our summer.
I'm in the same boat as you, my real job has really kicked my ass and my life the past 2 years but I have plans in motion. There's a very good chance that I'll be going back to university next year to do the same career as you. Be prepared for lots of questions from me
Apart from that life is good, things are going well with me and my new girlfriend. I still keep in contact with Kerry, she seems to be doing well. She just got back from a 2 week holiday in Florida
