Huuuuuuuuuummmmmm..........
Last night I went out with my friends to another BBQ. This one without herring (thank god!). I ate pizza. I was pretty excited since I haven't had Pizza since before the veganism. Sometimes I feel guilty for eating dairy, but then I just think of having to cook in the nasty kitchen in my dorm.... And I don't feel so bad anymore. Oh well. Two more weeks of vegetarian freedom (minus the one bite of fermented herring) before I head back home... TO VEGAN!
After the BBQ we headed out to bar. I happened to be sitting with my back to a guy that had wicked long dreads. And for some reason, rather it be the drinks he had or the fact that I too have dreads, he thought it was totally cool to keep fucking playing with my hair. I am used to people touching my hair. It happens pretty often. Usually people ask before touching, but sometimes they get carried away and touch first. I am totally cool with it. But this guy kept fucking grabbing my bun and YANKING on it. Like six times. I think he wanted to talk to me, but his English sucked. It was crazy. I was pretty shocked. I didn't say anything, just kept scooting my chair a lil further away. Guess if I want to complain I should say something first! Hahaha! But I am mostly just shocked!
In other random news. I am going dumpster diving for tossed groceries next week. I had never heard of it. People keep making a lot of assumption about me here because of my hair. People assume that I am vegetarian and that I am super environmentalist and that I do thinks like dumpster dive. I am not complaining! It comes in handy - I mean, I am going diving in trash next week! At the very least, it will be an adventure!
Whatever these are, they are fucking delicious!
Ever since I left Canada my tattoo on my leg has been horrible! All raised and itchy! Just these past few days it has finally stopped. But now I have scarring around it cause I kept scratching, even in my sleep!
I suspect the lack of water softeners in this area of the world.
At Kulturenatta last weekend there was a lot of these crazy candy booths set up! They were yum!
Here we have yummy Kola, Rhubarb, and Melon flavoured yummies!
Fashion show!!!
Also at Kulturenatta... Pole dancing!!!
And........ Breakdancing!
They had an "American Car" show.... People brought out their old shit station wagons.
It made me laugh. HARD.
These guys were flying the confederate flag on their antenna. WTF?
Not as bad as the people with painted black faces I saw this weekend....
