Today I almost got another cat. Not that I need or want another cat. Nor can I really afford to fly two cats back to Canada.... But a stray cat came into work today! She was soooo cute and loving and thin! She kept jumping up on my lap and giving me kisses and cuddling!
But man she smelled sooo bad! Like she had rolled in fish guts! I fed her some of my salmon that I had bought!
She had such bright big green eyes and a bright pink nose! *Gush* So cute!
She started to follow me home after work, but about half of the way home she got scared cause cars kept driving by and so she stopped. I called her, but she ran off. So I figured it was a sign.
NO MORE ANIMALS!! Haha. Plus Buta is A+ healthy, and this kitty might have had something Buta could catch... I know she had ear mites. Poor bugger..... I feel really awful......
Alright. Must cheer up.
In good news. Jimmy Eat World is playing in Nagoya.
Damnit. Now I am kicking myself cause if I can afford to blow 60 bucks on concert tickets there is no reason that I can't spend that money to help a kitty.
Guh.

Don't fight with your concious too much...as much as we'd all love to save all the skinny kitties of the world, it just isn't practical. Keeping the one you have safe and healthy is the best thing you can do.
