i almost hate to update cuz my last entry had 7 comments, and that's a lot for me, but meh. i like updating. besides 2 of them were just double and triple posts from crazywhitegirl.

so today was supposed to be my day off. lol. yeah right. i worked 8.5 hours. i was originally scheduled to work for 24 hours this week, instead i got 36. next week i was scheduled for 36 but then they changed it so i'm working 40. they all love me right now cuz all the cashiers keep calling out, so they call me and i'm the only one who answers and i always come in. of course, all the other cashiers are getting paychecks that are about $250, while mine are well over $400. hell yeah!

i love having money. mostly just cuz not having money stresses me out so much though.

tonight everyone from work is going to the elephant bar. i'm not so sure i want to go though. i should get drunk, then go!

wait, no, cuz if i get drunk i cant drive. but if i'm sober i wont have the courage. hmm. oh well. maybe some other time. that's what i've been saying for two months. well, not really though. i agree to do anything that involves going to a persons house as long as that person is the one who asked me. but i feel weird going to parties when the person throwing it hasnt asked. and this is the first itme that it'd be somewhere else. i dont know dammit!!! ok, how about this, if colin does call, i'll go ahead and go, if not, then i wont.

either way, i'm gonna call nick to see what's going on there. he said he might be having a party or something, so i could go to that.

first though, i must eat. i'm starving.

and i'm getting very annoyed at fast food places. the past 4 or 5 times i've gone (to different places btw) i've ordered without cheese or mayo and every single time i've had to send it back. today at del taco the chick got all annoyed cuz i didnt just grab the bag and leave but stopped, took out my burrito, layed it out on the counter (she tried to tell me not to eat it there) then opened it up and said "I dont want cheese. or sour cream." then she didnt even apologize or anything. whatever. i love their fries though. mmm... i'm not sure that the burrito really was vegan, in fact i'm pretty sure it wasn't, but it was close enough that i'm not gonna stress about it.

besides, i still wear leather.

and eat honey. i'm sorry, but bees are not animals. therefore, when i say that i wont eat anything from an animal that obviously doesnt include honey! they're bugs! sheesh.

and i like honey. it tastes yummy

ok, yeah, calling nick now. then maybe chance... naw, he's probably out. he emailed me a couple days ago, so i was thinking about calling him, but not yet.

bye!

Just remember: "They FUCK you at the drive-thru!"

Suz is vegan too and whenever I get take-out for us it's always a major pain in the ass, but I've developed this perverse pleasure in thoroughly checking the order before I leave the window and thus annoying the cashier as well as the person behind me waiting for his/her meatburger with gravy fries or whatever.

And think of it this way: honey is just bee barf. puke

Hope you had a good time tonight whatever you did. ooo aaa

Good suggestion. I just read An Enduring Love by Farah Pahlavi (the wife of the last Shah of Iran). It was heartbreaking. They had been working towards great things, setting up libraries and traveling teachers, girls' schools and hospitals, doing all sorts of things to improve. They had begun with an 84% illiteracy rate, and had driven it down to only 30% when they were driven out of the country by the ayatollah and the mullahs. The craziest part is that the students who claimed to be demonstrating in favor of more personal freedom (democracy instead of monarchy) aligned themselves with the mullahs who imposed strict religious law! It's a great book. I heartily reccommend it.
