mmm... yummy. i made some soup! like, actually made it! well, ok i used veggie broth, but other than that! i cut up all my veggies and everything. it's still cooking now though. and oh man, it is some spicy soup. lol. i like peppers! especially little orange ones.

so yeah. that's really about it. i'm going to camarillo for thanksgiving, which is awesome cuz the chick who's hosting it is the best cook EVER!!! she even won $15,000 from bon apetite once. good stuff. i'm looking forward to it, even though i'll get all fat, but tha'ts ok cuz i'm losing lots of weight with this new drug i'm one. it makes me too sick to eat. i suppose i should tell them and try something else, but well, i dont really mind being sick... and i like seeing the number on the scale get lower everyday. i know, i'm fucked up. get over it. colin mentioned in passing that he'd like to come to thanksgiving with me, but i'm not so sure that'd be such a good idea. that just seems too relationshipy. not so much dating. people who are just casually dating dont go to big family events like that. meh.

so my turtle is finally sleeping. i changed his tank around like 2 weeks ago, but he was insisting on staying awake. damn turtle. if he's still awake that means i have to feed him. lol. but i dont anymore. not for a few weeks anyway.

mmm... my soup smells so yummy. i dont know how much longer i should cook it... basically i'm just waiting for the potatoes and carrots to get soft enough. hm. we'll see! this is my first real try at cooking (other than stir fry). usually i limit myself to things that come in boxes or sandwiches. lol
