So, I'm starting a juice fast. Two to three days of salads and fruit, then nothing but juice for five days. Then a very slow return to one hopes a run of healthy eating. At the very least it's a good system detox and restart. I need that right now. I did one before about 8 years ago.

A detox doesn't sound like a bad idea actually. I generally eat fairly healthy, but sometimes I think I end up undernourished. I kind of get going in my days and forget to eat like I'm supposed to.
