So, the videogame-themed Halloween party was a success. I went as Generic Lab Zombie #162. All credit for the success of the party has to go to rawr_ima_monster who made warp pipes, two awesome Boo's, painted a Frogger scene on the sidewalk and made a totally cool Asteroids mobile out of pipe cleaners. He also made the noses and hats for Mario (Mike, who hosted the party) and Wario (Dave looks amazing!) and Luigi. He's da man! (As the kids say.) Check out the pics in pics section.

Also, I have to give a shoutout to hotcurry who I talked with briefly. She's selling her fantastic artwork, so by all means check out her stuff and give her a second career.

The music I made for the party seemed to go over well. I liked it anyway.

When I got home I tried to get the makeup off, but gave up and went to bed. When I got up this morning my eyes were totally gooed up. Blah. When I went out to get some food I completely spazzed and clipped a curb when I was coming home. My tire blew out. Double blah. I'd like to blame my bleary eyes instead of my own retardation. Yeah...that's it.

On a positive note, I was able to successfully change my tire, so I do have a few rudimentary mechanical skills. On a negative note I'll have to go get two new tires tomorrow...and hope I didn't screw up anything even more expensive.
