So, as this father's day comes and goes, I didn't think it would affect me as much as it did. I went out for a walk to grab a bite and do some writing. Of course all the local eateries were full of families and such. Meh.

In addition, a review of my finances or lack thereof and several other factors will preclude me from going on the road trip to Northern California. It's just not the right time to revisit my past.
