So, went to an Oscar party. My friend Mike always has a big shindig at his place, but it got to be too big for his place, so this year he rented out a restaurant called Sebastian's in Toluca Lake. Lots of big TV's and alcoves and such. Cool place.
There was food and drink and I caught up with a bunch of people I hadn't seen in a while--including the world famous hotcurry who did great in the Oscar pool. I myself, a previous winner of the Oscar pool, tanked it pretty good this time around.
In other news, I somehow avoided getting the full blown cold that Trixel got. I've got a bunch of work to do this week, so that should be fun.
