Hello my Rings and Telephones!!
So today i have 2 things to talk about. I'll talk about the first one first and then we'll get to the second one.
first....Your Pop song of the week.
Blondies Call Me is amazing, i love how young and insecure it is, no games, no class just "call me any any time"
One of the things i like about pop music is how, like punk, it often gets better the more adolescent it is. I love hearing fear and doubt behind that sexy beat and vampy vocals. Though i didn't listen to Blondie as a kid, this song still reminds me of a time when i knew my crushes whole class schedule, when i waited by the family phone and talked for hours with my friends about weather seventeen magazine thought we'd be a good match.
But its not just nostalgia, her cool grown-up just kidding tone of voice is funny, in a The Office kind of way. Like Micheal Scott she is only pretending to be just kidding, so if she is rejected she can play it off, like "haha you didn't think i really wanted you to cover me with kisses did you? i was totally kidding" She wants to be cool, or more aptly she wants you to think she is cool. This may be the gap teeth of pop songs, sexy in a slightly strange way.
so thats my "Call me" entry
Now for thing number 2
I have a set up in M.R.!!
I was so incredibly touched by all of your willingness to help me durring my rough year, you made sure that cancer didn't kick my ass, and there is no way i could thank you enough.
I thought you would like to see me in a post cancer state, so I met with Heroine to shoot my "coming out" set, my post cancer set, and my boldest set. I really hope you enjoy The Dawn of Suri
so today i would love you to share an adolesent moment, and go look at my scars

Psst...your friend request thing is off. Makes it hard to friend you. I see much fun in your future.
