It's been an awesome weekend. Saw The Decemberists at the Glass House on Saturday night, and it was probably the best show I've ever seen. They were perfect. Very tight, great sound, lots of energy and humour.

I also wore eyeliner for the first time:



I think it turned out OK. smile

I also went to a 9 year old's birthday party, spent a lot of money on chocolate, ate breakfast for dinner for 3 nights in a row, watched Napoleon Dynamite and Lost in Translation. Not a shabby weekend at all. smile

Yeah, you're right. Everything about Easter is very disillusioning. It's like, why would God allow people to be making so much MONEY off of his/Jesus' suffering? Argh, capitalism and relgion aren't supposed to mix, but daily they do. It's depressing.

Hahah, oh, I know. When I'm feeling depressed, I tend to write. That day I decided to write on my panty-hose. It was a bad descision.... argh. That's a thought, though! Inspirational panty-hose! You could so market those. On Easter. In a church. wink
