Busy day tomorrow. Have to make another call regarding a joby job, then to the paint store 'cause my new real estate agent told me I have to re-paint my WHOLE apartment, rip out the carpet in my bedroom so the wood floors can be shown off, rearange the furniture, wash my curtains, re-caulk the windows, and buy a new refridgearator (nice spelling right) new stove/oven (thanks LIPA for the power surge) 'cause my oven doesn't work, and I think that's it. A fun week ahead of me, but hopfully this fuckin' place will sell after all that. My new agent is actually one of my buddies sister's, and her husband is a psychic, the real deal if you belive in that sort of thing, and he is going to "cleanse" my apartment of all the negative energy, so I am pretty siked, and confident she will get this place sold for me! Cross your fingers everyone!
