i like them with fried onions. i never tried bacon!! that sounds gooooood.

and i FINALLY tried the ski queen last night!!!it's awesome, it's kind of caramelly tasting.

yes, ski queen has been living in my fridge for a while, but it's like vacuum-sealed!

i bought it at a cheese shop because they didn't have the one i wanted.
